TOPS is an organization formed by current & past law enforcement officers, firefighters & military personnel. We do not intend to be an advisory to any individual public safety agency or its administration, but to work with them to better understand a significant segment of their work force. We are compiling a list of support professionals to assist our members with emotional, medical, professional and legal issues. Please contact us for more on this.

Is to provide a benevolent & fraternal place for all uniformed personnel who are tramsgendered and/or who are involved in a transition of gender. We also are open to all who are supportive of anyone in this process. TOPS affords the the opportunity for the Transgender official to socialize with others in similar professions within a safe & secure environment.
